Go to home screen to see installation progress. App's icon would appear on your home screen.

INSTALLATION ERRORS

1- When you encounter the "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" message on iOS devices.

If you haven't downloaded Connect 1 before, and since it isn't in the App Store, you'll be prompted to go through a few steps to trust the app.

  • Launch Settings from your Home Screen.
  • Tap on General.
  • Tap on Profiles.
  • Tap the name of the distributor under the Enterprise App section.
  • Tap to trust.
  • Tap to confirm.

2- The alert "Unable to Download App" is a generic error message and can have various reasons, for example:

  • Device storage is full.
  • The provisioning profile is a developer provisioning profile.
  • The ad hoc distribution provisioning profile is corrupted and the device is having an issue with it.
  • The device was restored from a backup and is causing a conflict for over-the-air distribution.
  • There was a network timeout.
  • Architecture settings of the build and the device are incompatible ( can sometimes happen when "Build Active Architecture Only" is on when building).
  • Not Using Mobile Safari.
